Bubba Toast

four slices of bread
(French, sour dough, wheat,
white, what ever you like)

three eggs

one fourth cup of milk.

teaspoon of  butter

teaspoon of almond oil

teaspoon of walnut oil

pinch of  salt

praline maple syrup 

blueberry syrup

spread able blueberry fruit

whipped cream

ground cinnamon and rock sugar 

powdered sugar

Mix the eggs, and milk and a 
dash of salt well.

Soak the bread well in the mixture.

Put the butter and oils in a pan
and bring to med high heat.

Place soaked breads into pan
once heated.

Pour excess egg mixture on to
of bread and it will soak in while 
first side is cooking. 

Cook to golden brown perfection
on both sides and plate up.

Top with syrups and place a dollop 
of whipped cream on center.

Grind some cinnamon and rock sugar
over the whipped cream and toast.

Sprinkle a little powdered sugar
and prepare to guard your plate.
