The world, it brings me Joy,
once more, to my surprise,
and will again come the day,
that Joy is brought my way,
or I to she, as in my dreams.
Dare I dream these dreams of we,
that may never come to be?
Dare I feel these feelings I feel,
that do transcend these physical boundaries,
geographically challenged as we be.
Can there be found a way,
that could bring together,
we two, now so far apart?
Only the bravest and most daring,
could dream such lofty dreams,
as this brave dreamer I dare to be.
Show me what is in your heart,
as to you I do the same,
and our notes, we do compare.
Powers less than these
have done greater things,
I say, for sure.
Might these feelings find a way,
to find fulfillment in their own time,
and grow stronger by the day,
as so far apart we be?
These questions I asked of you,
as brave as I be,
to dare to dream this dream.
I know not you at all,
but for so few details,
and this attraction my heart feels,
as it calls out to you.
It demands my feet take steps,
so that I might find my Joy,
and be right by your side,
if some way could be found.
