love remains

A bright new day brings a chance anew,
to find me the one who’s love is true,

that will come and here stay,
and never stray.

I know she’s out there somewhere,
but might be hard to find,

although as I search this search,
I will take my time,

for it’s better to wait for the right one,
than to just run around and play,

and my reward will be the truest love,
that remains with me
for ever and a day.
