Sometimes in our hurry to try to get what we think
we need, we forget to take some very profound aspects
of our endeavor into account :

if you know what I mean.

I needed some water,
so I dug a well.

I got carried away,
and dug straight to hell.

Water I wanted,
but lava I got.

What's up with that?

The complexities of living all to often are overlooked,
and the results of this can be devastating.
