Gone, but not forgotten

She came into my life 
at a time when I was 
lonely and alone.  

I had a heart full of pain.  

She healed it with 
her loving touch.  

She showed me 
what heaven was like.  

I just knew she was 
the answers to my prayers. 

I was the happiest man on earth.  

She is now gone from my life, 
and I only wonder why.  

I miss her so much.   
I miss being with her, 
and loving her, 
and being loved by her.  

I am praying that somehow 
we can find a way 
back to each others hearts.  

My prayers are usually answered, 
but rarely in time.
