I look in the mirror and what do I see,
it is a stranger, staring back at me,
this person I have never seen before,
so shiny and brand new,
fresh out of the mold,
back from the old,
so new for world to see.
And people say,
we didn’t recognize,
exactly who you were,
and I said, I’m not me anymore,
but someone so brand new,
like a baby taking the first steps,
into this world so strange,
to start over from being where I wanted to be,
to were I dare not know, but by the step,
and I will learn, and I will grow,
and I will come to know,
just which way, it is, I go.
