There's nothing wrong with dreaming
a dream that won't come true,
except the pain it causes,
when it won't happen for you.
So I wished and I hoped
and I prayed for my rapid rewards,
but such things, I guess,
would take their own time,
or come not even at all,
for this dreamer who held dream,
who's heart has had such fall.
How does one get to where they were,
from this place of such great confusion?
