Dear, Siamese Sister,

I don't want to die,

and while we are together,
I will not die,

but separate us,
then wonder why,

I didn't live,
and neither did you,

for we
were meant
to be
as one.

You place mask of gas
over my face,

and place the scalpel
in this life ending place,

and I look to the skies
and scream into space,

“Please do not remove we

from our
where we belong
place”.

Or it will be too late,
when you finally know,
you should not have let
such a true love go.

the one depending on you to do the right thing,
Sis
