How might I find answers
in this tragic loss,
that's given my heart
this by wayside toss.
I believe we had
the best of chances,
not that long ago,
and why they all went
down the drain,
I don't think I'll ever know,
but if you love someone,
you have got to let them go,
if they have already
let go of you.
That is eazier said,
than done.
